These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LCC Computers' website and the professional services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

LCC Computers (“LCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides IT consulting, support, and related technology services to businesses. Our goal is to offer clear guidance, dependable service, and honest recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.

2. Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • IT consulting and advisory services

  • Managed IT support

  • Network, security, and backup solutions

  • Physical security and surveillance systems

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or statement of work (“Service Agreement”).

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer for services without a mutually agreed-upon Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about systems and environments

  • Maintain appropriate licenses, subscriptions, and warranties for hardware and software

  • Designate an authorized point of contact for decisions and approvals

  • Follow reasonable recommendations related to security, backups, and system maintenance

Delays or issues caused by incomplete information or unsupported systems may impact outcomes.

4. Professional Judgment & Limitations

Technology environments vary widely. While we make every reasonable effort to understand and support your systems, clients acknowledge that:

  • Not all systems can or should be maintained indefinitely

  • Some issues require upgrades, replacements, or architectural changes

  • No technology solution can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security

We provide guidance based on professional judgment, industry best practices, and the information available at the time.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees and billing terms are outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are due according to the agreed payment terms

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • Disputed charges should be raised promptly and in good faith

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and take reasonable steps to protect it. We will not disclose confidential information except:

  • As required to perform services

  • When required by law

  • With the client’s consent

Clients agree to the same standard of confidentiality regarding any non-public information shared by LCC Computers.

7. Data & Backups

While we may assist with backup and disaster recovery solutions, clients remain responsible for:

  • Ensuring critical data is identified and protected

  • Verifying that backups meet business requirements

  • Maintaining compliance with any industry or regulatory obligations

We strongly recommend regular testing and validation of backups.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and documentation provided by LCC Computers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own data, systems, and content.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LCC Computers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement. Upon termination:

  • Outstanding fees remain payable

  • Access to services may be discontinued

  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
